Huasheng Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (JHCC) was founded in August 2006, with total investment of RMB 4million. JHCC is located in Jiashan and covers a floor area of 12,000sqm, with building area of 6,000sqm. JHCC is a professional OEM/ODM provider of varied cosmetics including lip balms, lipsticks, puff cakes, eye shadows, eyelash black, foundation emulsions, and other related products. JHCC specializes in the research of cosmetic formulation, development of packing materials, cosmetics production, and product planning.
JHCC owns five padding and packing lines, two powder production lines as well as other manufacturing and emulsification equipment for producing lip balms (lipsticks), eyelash black, and foundation emulsion. Our latest production facilities introduced from South Korea include automatic powder crusher and blender, automatic eyelash black racking machine, one-time forming automatic lip balm racking machine, automatic lipstick racking machine, and multi-color powder presser. JHCC's annual output reaches 2 million.
JHCC has brought in the latest formulation and technology to develop new products. Moreover, JHCC has invited senior Korean cosmetic experts to establish a cooperative lab with world raw material suppliers for foresight and applicative research and development. JHCC has established strategic cooperative relationships with top ODM providers from Italy and Korea.
The middle and top management staff members of JHCC come from foreign company-funded enterprises in cosmetic industry. Besides, JHCC utilizes scientific procedures and implements effective rules and regulations from equipment cleaning, production, racking control, on-spot quality control, quality inspection, to hygiene and safety management. Currently, JHCC provides many world well-known brands with comprehensive services in cosmetic research and development.
